Have a 2-door or 4-door vehicle
Have a valid driver’s license in your name
Have a Social Security number for a background screening
Proof of vehicle insurance if you plan to drive your own car

Sign Up To Deliver With Uber Eats
Click below to sign up for Uber Eats Only Trips. Decline wanting to sign up for rideshare. It can be added later to your account if you want
Sign Up To Drive On Uber X
The ability to delivery for uber eats can be added to your account later if you want. Just go to preferences and sign up for uber eats delivery if you want to do both rideshare and delivery
Meet the minimum age to drive in your city - new drivers must be at least 25 years old
Have at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US
Use an eligible 4-door vehicle
A valid US driver’s license
Proof of residency in your city, state, or province
Proof of vehicle insurance if you plan to drive your own car

Vehicle requirements
4-door vehicle with independently opening passenger doors
Have 5 factory-installed seats and seat belts
Working windows and air conditioning
No vans, box trucks, or similar vehicles
No taxi cabs, government cars, or other marked vehicles
Vehicles with salvage, rebuilt, or total-loss titles are not permitted on the Uber platform. Drivers must notify Uber and stop using the vehicle for trips if its title status changes.
No aftermarket seating modifications, such as installed seats, seat belts, or BedRyder systems
